Basic Information:
I intend to have a working screenplay produced using a full cast of volunteer and capable actors, equipment rental organizations, and any community support available. The working title for this project is "11 Months".
"11 Months" is a soundtrack screenplay, meaning that no dialogue or audio recording will be present in the film. A different selected musical track will serve as audio for each scene.� The film will consist of roughly 12 scenes, each approximately three minutes or less in length. (Apprx. 40min). The film will be shot digitally in a variety of local settings, over the time span of 1 year.
The "Eleven Month" Project:
"Eleven Months" explores the individual grieving process of 11 characters after the death of their friend. By eliminating the use of dialogue, it provides viewers the opportunity to be influenced by the soundtrack.
The first scene introduces the 12 characters, and the apparent death of one of them. The following scenes focus in on each of the remaining 11 characters as they individually handle the loss. (Note that each character is assigned one scene.) The first and final scene will include all characters.

Also, itapos;s important that you understand that you will only be needed for 3 scenes (with the exception of the August character). Three scenes is not difficult to commit to, so it is imperative that if you do sign on for this, that you are present for whatever schedule you and I individually decide on. This is important to collect all the needed film so that editing can be a long (and leisurely) process. I am leaving a huge margin of error to accomodate scheduling and editing. Filming will NOT take place until spring, at the earliest.

I am going to be working on a very finalized draft of the screenplay throughout the rest of 2008 and the start of 2009. I would HOPE to meet individually with everyone who contacts me seriously about this project, just to help you get a feel for what Iapos;m looking for and what youapos;re getting yourself into. Iapos;ll provide as much as I can, but ultimately, it will be your responsibility to show up and be dramatic. This will take place over a�long period of time, because the film requires different weathers and seasons. (Which is why I am starting this significantly EARLY).
